Sheryl Brown

Sherry has extensive experience in handling professional liability cases for both public and private entities. She has successfully represented various municipalities in civil rights, employment discrimination and premises liability in state courts in Pennsylvania, including Berks, Chester, Delaware, Northampton, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties and federal courts in the Eastern and Middle District Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, she has represented doctors and psychiatrists/psychologists in professional liability claims in Pennsylvania. Her vast experience also includes the defense of construction, products, premises liability and motor vehicle actions.

As lead counsel, Sherry has successfully defended and tried such actions in both the state and federal levels in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Sherry was recently appointed to the Delaware County Women’s Commission, created by Delaware County Council to study the needs of girls and women and serve as an advocate.
