Frank Deasey Recognized as "Super Lawyer" (06/13/05)

Deasey, Mahoney & Bender, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Frank Deasey, one of the firm's founding shareholders, has been rated a Pennsylvania "super lawyer" in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2005, an annual publication of Law & Politics and Philadelphia Magazine. Frank's selection resulted from a poll of 36,000 attorneys across Pennsylvania, who were asked to vote for the best lawyers they had personally observed in action. Vote-getters were then grouped into more than 60 areas of practice, subjected to verification of their credentials, and then reviewed by a blue ribbon panel in their area of practice. Each nominee was assigned "points" during this process. The final step was the compilation of a final point total for each candidate, and designation of the top point-getters in each practice area as "super lawyers".

Frank was honored for his work in the "Insurance Defense: Personal Injury" category, recognizing his many years of successfully defending clients and winning defense verdicts in a wide variety of cases involving personal injuries, including construction site accidents, products liability matters, industrial machinery accidents, and many other cases.
