On April 4, 2006, Jane North was a
presenter at a DRI teleconference on Illegal Aliens: Employment and Legal
Consequences. Ms. North's topic was "Securing the Border Against Illegal Aliens'
Lost Wages/Loss of Future Earnings Claims in Civil Actions". Ms. North discussed
the implications on the recovery of damages in civil actions if the plaintiff is
