Michael J. Hinkle

Mike joined the firm in early 2005 after gaining two years’ experience with another Philadelphia defense firm handling numerous arbitration-level matters and conducting and defending numerous depositions. His prior work experience included all facets of pre-trial preparation including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and case management, analysis and evaluation. At Deasey, Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd., Mike is involved in matters such as general insurance defense, personal injury, property damage and premises liability. Before going into private practice, Mike clerked for two trial judges of the New Jersey Superior Court, a position in which he conducted varied research assignments, drafted numerous court opinions, and observed civil and criminal trials involving a diverse mix of substantive issues.
