Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Jennifer gained three years of valuable experience as associate attorney with another Philadelphia defense firm, developing her expertise in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. In that position, Jennifer personally handled and tried over 20 arbitration-level matters. She has also assisted with major jury cases in both state and federal court. Her experience includes a wide range of pre-trial preparation including the drafting of pleadings, motions and discovery, and resolution of cases through settlement negotiations. At Deasey, Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd., Jennifer is involved in a variety of matters such as personal injury, property damage, products liability, construction defects, premises liability and medical malpractice.
