- Solvents Recovery.Achieved de minimis settlement with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on behalf of Fortune 500 client in connection with Solvents Recovery site in Connecticut.
- Minerals Processing. Obtained dismissal of administrative action filed against New Jersey minerals processing client for alleged violation of coastal zone management rules.

Underground Tanks. Represented major regional transportation authority in cost recovery action against a utility whose underground storage tanks (USTs) had released petroleum products onto authority's property.
Obtained favorable settlement with a major petroleum company in New Jersey ISRA case whereby company agreed to undertake cleanup of BTEX contamination from UST that it had installed on client's property.
- Residential Oil Tanks. Obtained favorable settlement on behalf of fuel oil dealer accused of having overfilled a homeowner's basement tank, resulting in a spill of hundreds of gallons of home heating oil.
- Freon. Achieved summary judgment dismissal of toxic tort suit involving alleged sickness from exposure to freon gas released from a defective heating system.
- Air Pollution. Obtained significantly reduced penalty assessment in New Jersey air pollution enforcement action involving Notice of Civil Administrative Penalty Assessment (NOCAPA).
- Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide. Favorably settled EPA Civil Penalty Assessment case against pesticide-producing client claiming violations of Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
- Sewage Treatment. Obtained favorable settlement on behalf of private educational foundation in Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) action, resulting in agreement by defendants to upgrade level of sewage treatment at POTW and divert effluent discharge location to a more protective location.

Landfills.Represented alleged industrial generator of hazardous waste in NJDEP action arising out of Burlington Environmental Management Systems (BEMS) Landfill in New Jersey.
Negotiated favorable settlements for various clients sued as alleged generators in connection with numerous landfills, including the Cortese Landfill in New York and the Kramer Landfill in New Jersey.
Settled PJP Landfill case brought by NJDEP for nominal sum on behalf of alleged generator defendant.
Representing third-party defendant (alleged generator) in Pennsauken Landfill case.
