Bonnie has handled bench trials in Delaware state court and arbitrations in Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses mainly on products liability and general insurance defense matters. She co-authored Insurance Law: Third Party Liability Coverage in Delaware, National Business Institute, April 1998. Bonnie was involved in the Multi-District Diet Drug (Fen/Phen) Litigation, acting as liaison counsel for the diet center defendants and assisting in the organization of defense efforts among the defense counsel for the diet centers.
