Andrew B. Adair

Drew has experience handling a range of civil rights, municipal liability and employment discrimination issues in state and federal courts, as well as at the administrative levels. He has successfully argued appellate issues before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Drew was a senior litigation associate for an insurance defense firm specializing in municipal liability where he handled wide ranging cases including civil rights, employment discrimination, municipal liability, special education, unfair labor practices, UM/UIM, construction litigation, zoning appeals and workers’ compensation matters. Following law school, Drew clerked for the Honorable Richard R. Cooch of the Delaware Superior Court.
