Adam J. Pantano

Adam handles the defense of crane and construction litigation and products liability. His experience includes investigating construction and industrial site accidents involving cranes and heavy machinery nationwide as well as interfacing with OSHA and MSHA officials and other investigative agencies and local authorities. He is certified in Mobile Crane Safety and Operation by the Crane Institute of America, the nation’s leading provider of training services to the lifting industry.
Adam also handles numerous arbitrations and has served as both first and second chair in bench and jury trials in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, he handled premises liability, medical malpractice, toxic tort and motor vehicle cases. In addition, Adam has prepared appellate briefs and argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
